Lecture 1-2: Let’s Plant Trees

In the first part of Let’s Plant Trees, Zain learns from his grandfather how to plant a seed in five simple steps: making a pit, planting the seed, covering it with soil, sprinkling water, and watering regularly. Zain promises to take care of the seedling, showing the importance of nature, responsibility, and gratitude. In the second part, the focus shifts to oral communication skills. Students learn about digraphs like sh, ch, th, and ph to improve pronunciation, as well as the structure of polite dialogues such as greetings, asking questions, requesting favors, and expressing thanks. The lesson also emphasizes describing nature using rich vocabulary, encouraging students to observe trees, clouds, sky, birds, and animals more attentively. Together, these sections teach children both the practical steps of planting and the language skills to communicate and describe their world effectively.
