This lesson helps both teachers and students understand how to read, write, and use time. It covers analog and digital clocks, shows how to read time to the hour, half-hour, quarter-hour, and five-minute steps, and explains the difference between a.m. and p.m. using the 12-hour clock. Students learn to match analog time with digital time, understand the use of hour, minute, and second hands, and write time in both words and numbers. The lesson also includes how to read days and dates from a calendar, and how to add and subtract time in hours to solve real-life problems. Activities, worksheets, and a test are included to support learning and teaching.
