Data handling is the process of organizing that information to answer questions or solve problems. Once the data is organized, it becomes information, such as “Most students like red colour.” The lesson explains how to collect data through observation and how to understand it through interpreting data. Students are introduced to tools like the Carroll Diagram (used to group items based on their characteristics), tally charts (used for counting with marks), and picture graphs (which show data using pictures).
